Delete Your Account
If you'd like to delete your Ready Practice account, you can do so using either of the methods below. Once processed, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed.
How to Request Deletion
Option 1: In the App
Open the Ready Practice app → Profile → Delete Account
Option 2: By Email
Send an email to support@readypractice.com with the email address associated with your account and the subject line "Account Deletion Request."
What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- All personal data
- Health records
- Account information
This action is irreversible. Please make sure you've exported any data you need before requesting deletion.
Timeframe
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your account has been removed.
