If you've been following us since the early days, you knew us as Basis Health — the telehealth infrastructure platform at basishealth.io. Today, we're officially Ready Practice.

This isn't a pivot. It's a name that better reflects what we've become: the all-in-one platform that gets healthcare practices ready to launch, grow, and scale — from scheduling and intake to clinical intelligence and patient engagement.

Why we rebranded

When we started Basis Health, our focus was narrow: build better telehealth infrastructure. The name made sense for that. But as the platform grew — adding scheduling, intake automation, wearable integrations, provider directories, lab workflows, and practice analytics — the name stopped fitting.

"Basis Health" sounded like a wellness brand. Providers would visit our site expecting a supplement company or a consumer health app. That's not us. We build the operational backbone for modern healthcare practices.

Ready Practice says exactly what we do: we get your practice ready. Ready to see patients. Ready to scale. Ready to deliver the kind of care that keeps patients coming back.

What's changed

• Name: Basis Health → Ready Practice
• Domain: basishealth.io → readypractice.com
• Branding: New logo, new look, same substance
• Provider Directory: Now at providers.readypractice.com — 21,000+ providers and growing

All old basishealth.io links automatically redirect to their readypractice.com equivalents. Bookmarks, backlinks, and shared URLs will continue to work.

What hasn't changed

Everything that matters:

• The team — same people building the same product
• The platform — scheduling, intake, telehealth, patient engagement, clinical intelligence, wearable integrations — all still here, all still improving
• Your account — if you had a Basis Health account, it works at Ready Practice with zero changes
• Our mission — making it radically easier for healthcare providers to run modern, patient-centered practices
• Our network — 500+ practices across 48 states trust the platform

For existing Basis Health users

You don't need to do anything. Your login, data, settings, and integrations are unchanged. The platform URL has been updated, and any old bookmarks will redirect automatically.

If you use our API, the old endpoints at basishealth.io will continue to work via 301 redirects, but we recommend updating to readypractice.com endpoints when convenient.

What's ahead

The rebrand isn't just cosmetic — it marks the start of our next chapter. Here's what we're building:

• Provider Directory expansion — with 21,000+ providers already listed, we're adding booking integration, verified reviews, and "Ready Practice Approved" badges for practices on our platform
