Why we built this
Most healthcare practices run their operations in one platform and their marketing in five others — a website builder here, an email tool there, a CRM somewhere else, and a booking widget duct-taped on top. The result is data silos, broken patient journeys, and a lot of monthly subscriptions that don't talk to each other.
The Growth Suite brings all of that into Ready Practice. Your website, your emails, your CRM, your landing pages, and your booking pages now live alongside your scheduling, intake, and clinical workflows. One platform. One patient record. No integrations to maintain.
Here's what's included.
Website Generation
Generate a professional, conversion-optimized website for your practice in minutes. Choose from templates designed specifically for healthcare practices — not generic business sites repurposed with stock photos of stethoscopes. Every template includes built-in SEO, mobile responsiveness, and patient booking integration out of the box.
You can customize colors, content, and layout without touching code. More importantly, because your website is part of Ready Practice, booking buttons connect directly to your real availability. No embed codes, no third-party widgets, no "sorry, that slot was actually taken" moments.
For practices that already have a website, the Growth Suite's booking pages and offer pages work standalone — you don't have to migrate your entire web presence to benefit.
Email Sequences
Build automated email campaigns with a visual sequence builder. Create welcome series for new patients, appointment reminder chains, re-engagement campaigns for patients you haven't seen in a while, and educational drip sequences to nurture leads over time.
Segmentation is built on the data already in your Ready Practice account. Filter by patient status, service history, membership tier, or custom tags — no CSV exports or manual list management. When a patient books an appointment, completes intake, or hits any other trigger in the platform, your email sequences respond automatically.
This replaces the need for a standalone email marketing tool. And because it's connected to your patient records, you'll never accidentally email someone asking them to book when they already have an appointment next week.
Built-in CRM
Track every patient interaction from first website visit through ongoing care. The CRM gives you a unified view of each patient's journey: where they came from, what pages they viewed, when they first reached out, their communication history, appointment patterns, and lifetime value.
For practices that invest in marketing, this closes the attribution loop. You'll know which channels are actually driving booked appointments — not just clicks — and you can allocate your budget accordingly. For practices that rely on referrals, the CRM tracks referral sources so you can see which partners are sending you the most patients.
The CRM is not a separate module you have to learn. It's a layer on top of your existing patient records, enriched with marketing and engagement data. If you're already using Ready Practice for scheduling and intake, the CRM is already populated.
Offer Pages
Create dedicated landing pages for promotions, seasonal specials, new service launches, or any campaign that needs its own focused page. Each offer page is a standalone URL with its own analytics, conversion tracking, and integrated scheduling — purpose-built to turn interest into booked appointments.
Running a January weight loss promotion? Create an offer page with the details, pricing, and a booking button that goes directly to the right service. Share the link in email, social, or paid ads. Track exactly how many views turned into bookings. When the promotion ends, archive the page.
No more asking your web developer to build a landing page every time you want to run a campaign.
Booking Pages
Every provider and service in your practice now gets a public-facing booking page with a unique URL. Patients can access these directly, through your website, or through any link you share. Availability is shown in real-time — what patients see is what's actually open.
Booking pages are designed to reduce friction. No account creation required for patients. No phone tag. No "fill out this form and we'll call you back." Patients pick a time, confirm, and they're booked. If you require intake forms, those are handled after booking confirmation so the appointment is locked in first.
For multi-provider practices, you can share a single booking page that lets patients choose their provider, or send patients directly to a specific provider's page. Both options pull from the same real-time availability data powered by the scheduling rules you've already configured.
